The Forum is dedicated to expanding education in female sexual medicine (FSM) among medical students and trainees. Over 1,000 people have attended our educational events, and nearly 1,500 students are currently connected through our email community. We have created nearly 40 educational programs, including in-person lectures, discussions, and six annual symposia featuring leaders in the field of FSM. Our virtual events regularly attract more than 100 attendees. We have also collaborated with medical school faculty to incorporate comprehensive FSM content into the curriculum

We advocate for stronger recognition and integration of female sexual medicine in medical education and professional training. Our members have participated in numerous podcasts including Tight Lipped, the Kevin MD podcast, Dr Streicher's Inside Information, and Sex, Drugs, and Hormones with Dr Sameena Rahman, highlighting the importance of FSM education in medical school curricula. We helped contribute to the increasing numbers of student members at ISSWSH. In collaboration with the Sexual Medicine Research Team, we co-wrote an open letter to CREOG advocating for the inclusion of vulvovaginal pain and sexual medicine in OBGYN educational objectives. We have published original research in peer reviewed journals highlighting the importance of increased education on FSM in medical school training 

The Forum fosters a supportive community that connects students and trainees with mentors, advisors, and leaders in female sexual medicine. We established a partnership ISSWSH's blog Prosayla to provide members with opportunities to write and learn alongside faculty mentors. Throughout the year, we also in-person gatherings that create meaningful opportunities for connection, mentorship, discussion, and professional growth. Through these efforts, we are building a growing network of future clinicians and advocates committed to advancing the field of FSM. We collaborate with various organizations with aligned missions on initiatives and events including ISSWSH, Tight Lipped, Let's Talk Menopause, the Sexual Medicine Research Team, the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms, Positive Exposure art gallery, and the national Reproductive Psychiatry Trainee Interest Group
